Standard / Non-Confidential License:- Blood Test not required
- Fee is $70 - the price just went up as of 1/1/12 from $50, per the County Clerk website
- Valid for 90 days. May be married anywhere in the State of California.
- No residency requirement in California.
- If under 18 years of age, must contact Juvenile Court.
- Witness required for ceremony.
- Certified copies available in approximately two weeks.
- Certified copies may only be obtained, for a $14 fee, by only specific authorized individuals with proper identification. Written requests must have the signature of either party notarized.
